5'9" 210lbs. Age 50s. I ordered the XL and it fit perfectly. Pant was just the right size in the waist and length. Jacket was a perfect fit also. 30 to 50 degrees will keep you warm, haven't wore it below 30 degrees because south Alabama doesn't usually get much colder than that here. It does good against the wind. I do recommend a fleece base layer for added warmth. I plan on ordering a second suit just to have a second clean suit. This is the kind of review I needed to see to help me to make sure this would fit my body shape! So, hopefully everyone else will review the same way. By far the best camo suit I've ever had!
