I just wanted to let shorter ladies know, I am 5'3" that this coat falls well below what appears to be the case on the model in the picture. It falls just above the knee on me. I am 5'3". Aside from that, I gave it 5 stars because it is just really flattering and seems to be excellent quality. I can not speak to the waterproof capabilities yet but I love the way it looks.
